Bundy Law is an accomplished firm that focuses on complex, high-conflict family law cases, civil justice (injuries), and appeals. Our extensive training and experience—as well as our track record of success—make us uniquely equipped to assist other attorneys and law firms that don’t traditionally try cases or work in our practice areas. Our regional practice is unique, as we cover Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Missouri.

As Aaron Bundy and Kathleen Egan are fellows of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and Aaron is also a fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers, we have access to a broad network of the top family law practitioners in the world. Lawyers from other states routinely ask us to assist them with discovery under the Uniform Interstate Depositions and Discovery Act. We work with lawyers from other states with one-off jurisdictional disputes and matters collateral to their primary case located in another state or country. Our interstate cross-licenses are sought out by referring lawyers and their clients across the United States.

Joint representation and co-counsel services are an important part of our firm’s work and are beneficial to referring attorneys. We work hard to preserve your relationship with your client.
