Premises Liability
In one of his very first cases, Aaron Bundy represented a man who'd been injured during his stay at a new, upscale, hotel. The hotel initially hired an aggressive defense firm. After litigation and discovery, the hotel settled the case privately for a substantial six-figure sum. Injuries incurred during a visit or stay are called “premises liability” cases. The law imposes specific duties on hotels and other property owners to keep visitors safe. Construction Defects
